2011 Annual Report
On Sunday, August 7th, 2011, Women of Wisconsin, Inc. (WOW) convened via conference call and held their 2011 Annual Meeting.
I, WOW’s president, Sonja Ortman, reported on 2010-2011 activities:
- Open Visioning Circles held in February and April 2011
- Excellent e-circle coordination by Cristin Jacque
Several open Empowerment Circles continue to support the Women of Wisconsin
- Spring Celebration hosted and held at Still Point Zen Center (April WWTW)
- $ 1500.00 in total scholarships (including $100 Lynne Waxler Memorial Scholarship)
Looking forward:
- Expanded scholarships for November 2011 Woman Within Training Weekend~ participants and staff are eligible!
- Fall 2011 E-Circle Training (date to be determined)
- New WWI products to continue to raise funds for weekend scholarships
Treasurer’s report: WOW is fiscally responsible and financially sound~ copy of report is filed with the secretary and can be viewed by request.
I am honored to announce WOW’s newly elected officers:
- Pam Kehoe as Vice President
- Ginny Borolov as Treasurer
